Kyle Rocha joined Kirshenbaum & Kirshenbaum in September 2010 as an associate focusing on domestic relations, including divorce and child custody matters as well as civil litigation and criminal defense. Prior to joining Kirshenbaum & Kirshenbaum, Kyle served as a judicial law clerk in the Rhode Island Supreme Court Law Clerk Department. As a judicial law clerk, Kyle prepared draft decisions, conducted research, and authored memoranda on a variety of legal issues for the Justices of the Superior, Family, and District Courts.
Kyle earned his Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2009. While at the Roger Williams University School of Law, he was recognized by the Feinstein Institute for Legal Services for his commitment to pro bono service, served as an executive board member of the Moot Court Team and the Student Bar Association, and was a CALI Award Recipient. During law school Kyle worked as a Student Attorney at the Rhode Department of the Attorney General. Kyle received his Bachelor’s of Arts and Bachelor’s of Science degrees from Roger Williams University in 2006, where he majored in political science and criminal justice.
Kyle is admitted to practice law in the State of Connecticut, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the State of Rhode Island, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island. His professional memberships include the Rhode Island Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
