"What’s it going to cost me to hire an attorney?" It’s a very popular question.

Injured clients are not working. They don’t have money coming inthey have bills coming in. They have medical expenses. "How am I going to afford an attorney?"

I have answers for you. At Kirshenbaum & Kirshenbaum, we handle all of our personal injury cases on what is known as a contingent fee basis; contingent fee meaning we have to be successful for you in order for us to get our fee, which is a percentage of what we obtained for you.

There are expenses to be incurred in all of these cases. We understand our clients can’t afford the expenseshiring experts, hiring investigators, obtaining all of the medical records. Not all firms do that. There are firms that require their clients to pay expenses. We do not. We front all expenses, there are no hourly fees at all, and if we’re not successful for whatever reason, you don’t owe us a dime. You don’t owe for your costs and there are no attorney fees. But we’re confident in our cases and we will be successful.

So if you’ve been injured, don’t hesitate. Call Kirshenbaum & Kirshenbaum and let us be your lawyers for life.
