He worked with me when I was less than responsive and very understanding of my delays in responding to some of his contacts. He represented my minor son in a dog attack case. I learned from my son's Guardian Ad Litem and the presiding judge that Mr. Russo not only was able to overcome long-standing court precedents on the "First Bite Rule," but he was also able to achieve a settlement that may alter future cases for dog attack victims.
