I was injured at work in December 2019. I was thrown against a wall by a patient. I didn’t go to the hospital and I didn’t think anything was too wrong until the next beginning of the year, 2020.

I was having pain in my neck and back. My doctor asked me if I would like to go P.T. for this, which I did. When I did have the P.T., I had severe pain going up my spine. That’s when my doctor cancelled the P.T. and I got some testing done. When the tests came back, it wasn’t very good at all. I was very closed to being paralyzed. He suggested I see a neurosurgeon because I needed surgery A.S.A.P.

That’s when I called the insurance company and they said I have to get a second opinion. That did not make me happy. I was petrified I’d be in a wheelchair. I was anxious, sad, and really completely confused. My husband, in the background, that I didn’t know, decided that he was going to find a good lawyera workers’ comp lawyer. And that’s how we came about getting Robyn.

From the time we walked into this office and were greeted by Pamand then we had Robyneverything’s been absolutely wonderful and I couldn’t ask for a better lawyer. Robyn has been there through every inch, for years, to help me. She has gone to court for me and every time she’s gone to court for me, she has won. She believed in me. She’s returned phone calls and emails quicker than quick. She’s become a part of our life, so to speak. I have high regards for her. She’s calming, helpful, and she’s a fighter. And without her, I really don’t know where I would be with this problem that I had with the insurance company.
